We cannot accept returned shirts that have been worn and/or washed. We recommend washing shirts inside out warm or cold. No dryer.

Clothing can't be returned if it has already been worn and/or washed. 

Return Policy

We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt of item.  

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. We need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact TheConstitutionalCol@gmail.com with the details.

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

• You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, or washed.
• A copy of the original sales receipt is included.  

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.  If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
