The Inconsistencies of Justice are Destructive and Unacceptable in a Civilized Society

Daily Situation Report, 8 February, 2022

For leaders, it is essential they not play favorites with those under their charge. It is imperative that they treat everyone equally, fairly, with respect and dignity and if discipline is needed, it needs to be administered in a consistent fashion. Playing favorites or being inconsistent with disciplinary measures would be detrimental to the individuals that are not favored or treated unfairly. This kind of injustice by those in positions of leadership, will have cascading effects as others witness the injustice and favoritism, and ultimately this will cause significant harm to the team, unit, organization, or society.

As we saw in 2020 and according to the U.S. Crisis Monitor, 633 riots took place after the death of George Floyd. The Insurance Information Institute said that these riots were the costliest civil unrest in U.S. history with insured losses estimated to be over $2 billion.

Black Lives Matter (BLM) activists were involved in 95 percent of the riots for which the identity of the perpetrators was known. For those that were arrested, there was a Black Lives Matter bail fund which raised over $35 million and was promoted and supported by Kamala Harris who was running as the Vice President of the United States. The organization has not come clean of how many criminals it bailed out, but it is likely to be in the hundreds, all while being supported by the highest level politicians in America.

In June of the same year, the Mayor of Seattle celebrated a “summer of love” as rape and violent crime soared in the new “autonomous zone” Communist utopia set up by left-wing extremists in a six block area of the city. In Portland, there was “100 consecutive nights of protests marred by vandalism, chaos, and even killing,” including arson, injuries to police, and a 140 percent spike in shootings from the previous year. Through it all the authorities stood down, let the violent rioters and looters have their way with the cities and if anyone was arrested, they were bailed out by organizations supported by high ranking national politicians.

Compare the “summer of love” of BLM and Antifa to what happened on 6 January 2021, when peaceful protestors were addressing their legitimate concerns about an election with innumerable reports of fraud, inconsistencies with the electronic voting machines, five states that stopped counting votes on election night, six contested states and much more. There are credible reports indicating there were plain clothed federal agents entrapping the crowd to go into the Capitol, where many went on tour. Additionally, there were damages caused by a combination of unruly President Trump Supporters and proven disguised Antifa and BLM members. The total of the damages was approximately $1.5 million. In response, there were over 725 people arrested after being hunted down by the FBI. Over 30 people were given jail time and many are still in jail today experiencing inhumane conditions and solitary confinement, for the charge of trespassing. The FBI itself came out and said the event was nothing close to an “insurrection,” in spite of the claims by disingenuous politicians.

If we look to Canada, a group of patriotic truck drivers who simply want the COVID-19 mandates lifted so they can work and feed their families are protesting in the Nation’s Capital. These are good people, working class patriots, and all they want is the boot of totalitarianism to be taken off their necks. These protestors are not violent or doing anything wrong but demonstrating their unhappiness with the level of despotism. The police and authorities are doing everything they can to crush these good truck drivers, which are being arrested for beeping their horn and sharing gas to stay warm in the arctic conditions.

The differences in the treatment of Antifa and BLM, true Marxists, supported to create social upheaval for the socialist left, and the concerned citizens of 6 January 21 and Canadian truckers could not be more stark. The inconstancy of justice could not be more destructive for a civilized society, especially with it being so in the faces of patriots across the country. Those in positions of leadership pushing these inconsistences are undeserving of any position that requires leadership. May they all go to hell for bringing it on so many!
