Loy Brunson, a concerned American citizen and patriot from Utah, was interviewed by an Election Integrity group from Illinois and answered numerous questions about his very important case docketed by the U.S. Supreme Court slated for Committee on January 6, 2023. His case is catching national attention and Americans are taking notice of the legal jeopardy that 388 Respondents named in his case may be facing as a result of their dereliction of duty to defend the security of the U.S. in which they took an oath and in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. Watch Entire Interview here.
Background on the Brunson vs. Adams case to heading to Supreme Court for Committee on January 6, 2023:
After the stolen election occurred November 3, 2020, Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz took to the House Floor in DC and argued that an investigation period of 10-days should occur to look into the fraud claims of the election presented, as required by the U.S. Constitution. (Watch 2020 video below or click here.) Sen. Cruz is among the few Senators who were in Congress in 2020 that is NOT named in the Supreme Court lawsuit.
Direct Link to the Brunson vs Adams case that claims several congressmen and senators in 2020 are derelict in their duty for refusing to follow the Constitution and refusing to conduct the required 10-day period to investigate the "Security Breach" or foreign interference in our 2020 elections.
The following 388 Respondents listed below are party to this legal action as defendants in the trial court: Named persons in their capacities as United States House Representatives, Senators, and JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN JR in his capacity of President of the United States, MICHAEL RICHARD PENCE in his capacity as former Vice President of the United States, and KAMALA HARRIS in her capacity as Vice President of the United States.
If the U.S. Supreme Court rules in favor of the Brunson case, 388 defendants named (48 House members have since died, retired, or lost re-election in the November 8, 2022, mid-terms or home state primaries held earlier this year. Only 6 Senators named in the case have retired.) It remains unclear whether all of these defendants would lose their pensions if they were eliminated due to their violation of the U.S. Constitutional oath, they made to defend the security of the country and the American people from foreign and domestic enemies.
According to Brunson, the remedy would be to immediately remove power from those named in the suit and prevent them from ever holding public office again.
